On June 1, 2021, I talked again to Rick Rule. He said multiple times in the last few months, that he will be looking to get into uranium stocks. However, in trying to do so, during the month of April & May, the uranium stocks "got away" on him, as Rick said himself.

So, instead of increasing his exposure, he actually sold (trimmed) some of his uranium stocks, as he deems most of them to be overvalued, especially the junior uranium stocks.

If you have the need and desire, you can have Rick Rule rate your portfolio over here:
https://www.sprottusa.com/rankings

Someone suggested to me that Rick Rule might've been the one who moved the uranium stocks, and I asked him about it.

Rick told me that it is likely that he had something to do with the move, because of the small scale that uranium stocks trade on. Interestingly, Rick told me that when he wanted to buy, uranium stocks "got away" on him, and they started running so much (some almost doubling) that he had to trim some of his uranium stocks (positions).

Rick told me that he finds uranium juniors stocks to be overvalued now, and definitely relative to uranium majors, which he thinks are "fully valued".

We got to talking about some of the other reasons that made the uranium stocks go up, and I suggested that May was a "perfect storm" for uranium stocks, because of rising spot prices, Sprott entering the physical uranium market, the "bear traps" report going out to institutional investors, the energy sector getting a lot of media attention, and although all of that is not necessarily good for the uranium thesis, it has attracted investors, and probably also trading bots, which have made prices go up by buying into them.

Rick told me that it is important to have a framework while building a portfolio. One that will motivate you, and one that you feel comfortable with and convinced on to hold through the volatility. We'll cover my specific uranium picks during the next part, which I hope to be able to publish this Saturday.

Rick Rule told me that he is all for diversification, as long as you have as many holdings as you have hours left in a month. He believes that one should spend at least 1 hour per month per holding, reading their annual reports, their financial statements, etc, from years past, and comparing that to today, and much more. 1 hour per month is the least time one should spend per holding, he said. So, own as many stocks as you have hours is something that does make a lot of sense to me.

Rick doesn't think he's able to predict when the next uranium correction will be or how deep it will be, but he does think one is coming because the market is good at shaking off the narrative-driven speculators.

I asked Rick whether it's fair to value uranium relative to gold, and use some comparable ratios, but he doesn't think that's fair, because those are 2 completely different commodities. Mostly because nearly all the gold we ever mined is still with us, but the useful part of the uranium we ever mined is already gone through an electrical wire.

Rick told me that he's always been someone to show way too early to a party, and also leave way too early.

So, come time to sell out of his uranium stocks, Rick is planning on selling too early, just like he entered. On some of these uranium stocks, he's entered 4 years ago.

Rick closed off the video with 2 very important notes to uranium speculators, that I think one should not ignore.

Both me and Rick Rule remain bullish on uranium & uranium stocks for the long run, and we think that the price of physical uranium on the term market should at least double, in order for our lights to have the ability to go on by the switch, rather than by pressing the "on" button on a diesel generator.

Please understand that I am not follow-worthy. I am not your guru because I suck at what I do. I am very inexperienced, and have no idea what I'm doing in the stock market. If you follow me, you will lose money and braincells. I am biased on every company I mention, and I probably have an interest in you buying it. So, never listen to me and always read the disclaimer at the beginning of the video, otherwise turn off this video now.
